Megan's Story
Megan joined Windermere Grange as a college student at the age of 17, where she would support the residents with refreshments and a chit chat. Megan would say to the home manager Donna; ‘’Don’t forget when I turn 18 I will be applying for a job’’. When Megan completed her course she stuck to her word and applied for a full time Care Assistant role. Megan became a full time staff member of our team and is now progressing in her career and is currently on her NVQ level 3 and is doing really well. Three years on and we are celebrating her 21st Birthday.
