Though we are very lucky she did, turns out she is a natural. Lisa has a natural caring and compassionate manner; she is very eager to learn more, sometimes beyond her role.

As a good example, today Lisa has stepped into the role of Admin whilst Julie is on leave. She is also working beside the nurse, just to gain further insight.
