Vickie has been in the health care industry for over 25 years. She started her career as a health care assistant in a hospital setting before deciding to become a nurse. Vickie qualified as a nurse in 2006 and worked as a general nurse in settings such as GP surgeries, dementia care, care of the older person and agency work. Vickie states her love and passion belonged to the care of the older person and in particularly within the nursing home setting. Vickie has worked with St Martins Care for nearly 6 years and states that she has loved every minute of it. She loves working closely with families and their loved ones. Vickie believes that the residents at Woodside Grange are like an extended part of her family.

Katie has been a Registered Learning Disability Nurse for 7 years and joined the team at Woodside Grange 3 years ago. Previous to this Katie worked in a pharmacy for six years whilst studying to pursue her future career in nursing. Whilst at Woodside Grange Katie has had the opportunity to further enhance her general nursing skills. Katie is very passionate about promoting independence and delivering high quality care. Katie strives to put a smile on our residents faces and creating a friendly environment for everyone.
