Business Woman of the Year - Hayley Robertshaw

Our CEO, Hayley Robertshaw, has been recognised as the Business Woman of the Year at the Care Home Professional Leading Women in Care awards. This award is a fantastic recognition of the hard work, dedication, and leadership shown at St Martins Care.

A commitment to others

After recently being awarded a Fellowship of the Institute of Health and Social Care Management, our CEO, Hayley Robertshaw, was nominated as Business Woman of the Year at the Leading Women in Care Awards by Care Home Professional.

Hayley has shown outstanding commitment to the care sector, including her work on gender equality, improving our homes, and championing the team at St Martins Care.

This recognition reflects the dedication she brings to her role every day, supporting and empowering those around her while continuing to drive positive change across the care sector.

Leading Women in Care Awards

Hayley attended the awards in London, surrounded by inspiring women from across the sector. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate achievements, learn from others, and recognise the incredible work being done in care.

Congratulations to the other nominees in this category and to everyone recognised throughout the awards.
