Following her progression to Senior Carer, her management of the Rainbow Dementia Unit and her work towards her Level 4 Diploma, we spoke to Lisa Smith about her journey with St Martins Care so far.

Having first joined Willow Green as a Domestic in 2016, Lisa’s story is one of discovering a new sense of purpose, building confidence and taking opportunities to grow. With the encouragement of those around her, she has developed a rewarding career in care and continues to achieve new milestones.
