Georgia worked hard to complete her NVQ level 2 and 3 and was soon promoted to Senior Care Assistant after showing her dedication to the job. Georgia is now working towards her level 4 in Leadership. She is looking forward to learning and developing her career with St Martins Care. We know she has a great future ahead of her within the company.

Georgia jokes that her unofficial job title is Park View tech support, and she has been an integral part of launching the new PCS digital care records system within the home. Georgia has really led the way with the PCS implementation, setting a great example, and producing some fantastic care plans in the process.
