Naz has just recently turned 18 – we celebrated her milestone birthday with some flowers and chocolates followed by cake made by the kitchen staff.

We first took Naz on as an apprentice ten months ago to help her with her college placement and we are very proud of her - not only does she work as a care assistant for us three days a week, she is busy in college doing her NVQ Level 3 after successfully completing her level 2 last year.

Naz aspires to become a health care professional through university but wanted to gain her experience within the care industry first and we couldn’t be more proud to help her on her way.
