Amy, our recently promoted Deputy Manger, took responsibility for setting this up and engaging with the other Senior Carer team members.

Regular monthly monitoring gave us the baseline of a resident. Once we had a baseline, any changes in the 6 areas of physical health measured gave us a score which indicated whether medical intervention was required.

This was a hard task to implement and, to be begin with, we weren't managing very well. But we persevered and after a lot of hard work, meetings and learning, Park View went from being at the bottom to winning the GOLD AWARD.

The NTCC awards ceremony is to be held on the 28 June 2023 and Amy will be attending to collect our trophy.
